The issuance of the seventh edition of Al Arabs International Magazine… Elshorafa Elhamadi sets a map for receiving Ramadan.

The seventh version of the international edition for February 2026 has been issued. It includes a critical and in-depth analysis of the geopolitical and intellectual transformations that have impacted the Arab region and the world. The issue was published in four foreign languages, namely English, French, Swahili, and Spanish.

In this edition, the Arab thinker Ali Mohamed Elshorafa Elhamadi presented a map through which he sets the record straight, raising Arab and Islamic awareness and taking Ramadan as a platform for calling for an intellectual revolution and restoring consideration of the divine discourse in confronting the accumulations of distorted religious discourse.

Ali Elshorafa Elhamadi opened the edition with an editorial essay entitled “Receiving Ramadan by Returning to Allah.” This essay cannot be considered a traditional religious reminder; rather, it is a deep analysis of the structural crisis in which the Muslim mindset lives. Elhamadi starts from a central idea that returning to Allah mean a return to righteousness, virtue, mercy, and justice.   It is a Qur’anic principled system that has been exposed to distortion because of human interpretations and narratives that replaced the true divine text.

Elhamadi asserts that Allah’s words in the Holy Qur’an are clear and explicit and do not need interpretation or alteration, because God spoke to people in clear Arabic, aiming to achieve a good life in this world and salvation in the Hereafter.

In this context, Elhamadi launches an intellectual attack on what he defines as “what jurists and books of narratives have distorted,” considering that divine commands and godly teachings in the Qur’an do not need riddles or ambiguous expressions that require the mediation of jurists.

The edition monitored the great success of the delegation of the Universal Peace Message Foundation in Vienna and Hungary during January and February 2026. The tour aimed to present an enlightening Arab Islamic vision for coexistence and peace, on the basis of the ideas of the thinker Ali Mohamed Elshorafa Elhamadi.

In Vienna, the delegation visited the headquarters of the United Nations, where officials were presented with German-translated copies of the books of Elshorafa Elhamadi, which focus on correcting concepts and building strong foundations for humanitarian understanding.

The edition also highlighted the events organized by the Peace Message Foundation and Al Arab Center for Research, held simultaneously with the convening of the 57th International Cairo Book Fair.
