Topped by the article “Egypt Awakens” by Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi. Issuance of the thirteenth issue of the magazine «Al-Arabs International» in four languages

The Arab Center for Research and Studies issued the thirteenth issue of «Al-Arabs International», the monthly magazine issued by London, which specializes in the dissemination of intellectual visions and political and cultural analyses in several international languages, within the framework of its mission to promote civilizational dialogue and deliver Arab thought to various cultures. The new issue is published in English, French, Spanish, and Swahili, continuing the magazine’s approach to addressing a wide international audience.

The issue is topped by an article by the Arab thinker Ali Mohamed Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi entitled ”Egypt Awakens”, in which he discusses the status of the Egyptian state and its historical role in protecting the Arab national state, reviewing the challenges that Egypt has faced during the past years, and his vision of the importance of maintaining the cohesion of state institutions as a pillar of regional stability. The article was also published and translated into several languages as part of the magazine’s policy to disseminate intellectual content Arab and international.

The issue also includes a special file on the harvest of the Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences during July 2026, reviewing the most prominent activities and events witnessed by the Academy, and the vision of its president, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Saleh Hashim, in developing administrative education, preparing leaders, promoting a culture of teamwork, digital transformation, and linking the educational process to the needs of the labor market, in addition to following up on branch development projects and preparing for the new academic year.

On the thinking side, the magazine publishes a study entitled “The truth does not contradict the truth.. How does Ibn Rushd challenge the extremism of both the West and the East? It was written by the writer Reda Abdulaziz, which deals with the intellectual legacy of the philosopher Ibn Rushd, and discusses the relationship between mind and religion, and the role of rational thought in confronting the discourses of extremism and exclusion, with a historical and philosophical reading of its impact on Islamic and European civilizations.

The issue also includes a study by researcher Rami Zuhdi entitled “The Strategic Vision of the Egyptian Role in Combating Extremism,” in which he discusses the Egyptian experience in confronting terrorism from a comprehensive perspective that combines security, development and human construction, and deals with the dimensions of the Egyptian role at the Arab and African levels, and the importance of employing soft power tools in the face of extremist thought.

On the cultural side, the issue highlights the distinguished participation of the universal Peace Message Foundation in the Bibliotheca Alexandrina International Book Fair, through an extensive report that monitors how participation has transformed from a mere book showcase pavilion to a platform for cultural dialogue and partnership building, through seminars, intellectual meetings and open dialogues witnessed at the fair, and the resulting wide interaction with the project of the thinker Ali Mohamed Al-Shorafa Al-Hammadi.

The thirteenth issue confirms the continuation of the «Arab International» magazine in performing its mission as an intellectual and cultural platform that transcends languages, seeks to provide Arab content with a global vision, and to highlight intellectual, political and cultural issues of interest to the international reader, through a group of researchers, writers and translators, in a way that enhances the presence of Arab thought in the global cultural space.
